บทคัดย่อ
ธนาคารออมสิน สาขาเกตเวย์ เอกมัย ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับด้านการเงิน เงินลงทุนและเงินฝากซึ่งลูกค้ามาใช้บริการและต้องใช้เวลามากพอสมควร และมีความสับสนในตัวเอกสาร ดังนั้นจึงทำให้สนใจที่จะศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำ คู่มือการขอยืมสินเชื่อธนาคารประชาชนของทางธนาคารออมสิน สาขาเกตเวย์ เอกมัย งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเริ่มตั้งแต่ การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำ คู่มือ ลักษณะคู่มือที่ดีเป็นอย่างไรและส่วนประกอบของคู่มือ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย หน้าปก คำ นำ สารบัญ เนื้อหาและบรรณานุกรม แล้วจึงนำมาจัดทำคู่มือการขอกู้ยืมสินเชื่อธนาคารประชาชน คู่มือที่จัดทำเน้นเนื้อหาให้กระชับ เข้าใจได้ง่ายและลูกค้าสามารถเข้าใจในตัวเอกสารที่ต้องนำ มายื่นเพื่อขอกู้ยืมสินเชื่อ ในตัวเอกสารมีการแบ่งเป็นประเภทรายได้ ลูกค้าจึงเกิดความสับสนในตัวเอกสารหรือเข้าใจผิด จึงจัดทำ ขึ้นเพื่อลดการผิดพลาด ลดการทำงานซับซ้อนลงได้ คู่มือการกู้ยืมสินเชื่อธนาคารประชาชนจึงมีความสำคัญและเป็นประโยชน์แก่ธนาคารออมสินสาขาเกตเวย์ เอกมัย

Abstract
Government Saving Bank Ekkamai Gateway branch is a commercial bank that provide banking and investor services. The bank faces time efficiency problems and the clients are confused about banking documents. The author was interested in creating a manual on personal loans for the branch. The first assignment was to study on how to write a manual. The manual consists of a cover, introduction, index, content, and bibliography. The author wrote a personal loan manual based on the infonnation, and created a compact manual for customers to quickly understand personal loan in detail and covers various information and references to avoid. The document itself has variants based on income base that causes confusion and misunderstanding. The manual was successfully published as a reference for customers’ consideration.
