บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานสบู่เหลวล้างมือสับปะรดขจัดกลิ่นคาว (Pineapple Liquid Soap) มีวัตถุประสงค์  1) เพื่อผลิตสบู่เหลวล้างมือขจัดกลิ่นคาวมาใช้ในแผนกครัว 2) เพื่อเรียนรู้วิธีทำสบู่เหลวจากสับปะรดที่เหลือใช้ 3) ลดต้นทุนค่าสบู่เหลวล้างมือในแผนก โดยจากการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาในแผนกสตาฟ ของโรงแรมอนันตรา ริเวอร์ไซต์ กรุงเทพฯ รีสอร์ท (Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort) ผู้จัดทำมีหน้าที่จัดเตรียมอาหารให้พนักงานของโรงแรม อาทิ 1. อาหารประจำวัน (Daily food) 2. เครื่องดื่มสมุนไพร (Herbal juice) 3. น้ำอัดลม (Soft drink) 4. ผลไม้ (Fruit) ให้เพียงพอต่อพนักงานในแต่ละมื้อ และต้องไม่เหลือทิ้ง ผู้จัดทำจึงได้เห็นปัญหาว่าผลไม้ที่เหลือจากการปลอก สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นกลิ่นของสบู่เหลวได้ ประกอบกับการทำอาหารอยู่ตลอดเวลาทำให้ต้องคอยทำความสะอาดเนื้อหมู เนื้อสัตว์ ทำให้เกิดกลิ่นคาวติดมือจึงต้องการทำโครงงานสบู่เหลวล้างมือสับปะรดขจัดกลิ่นคาว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเอาขยะจากการทำอาหารมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์โดยทำเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ทำความสะอาดแบบเข้มข้นไว้ใช้ในแผนกครัว และเพื่อลดต้นทุนของโรงแรมในการซื้อสบู่เหลวทำความสะอาดมือ   ผู้จัดทำได้สำรวจความพึงพอใจต่อสบู่เหลวล้างมือสับปะรดขจัดกลิ่นคาวของพนักงานในแผนกครัวจำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ (Questionnaire) พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจต่อสบู่เหลวล้างมือสับปะรดขจัดกลิ่นคาวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.35  หากพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการขจัดกลิ่นและไม่ระคายเคืองต่อผิวหนังมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.50  รองลงมาคือ ด้านกลิ่นของสับปะรดและด้านความสะดวกในการใช้ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.37   ส่วนด้านการลดต้นทุนในการจัดซื้อสบู่เหลวนั้นผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.00

Abstract

The Pineapple Liquid Soap project aims, 1) To produce liquid hand soap that eliminates fishy odors for use in the kitchen department, 2) To learn how to make liquid soap from leftover pineapples,  3) To Reduce the cost of liquid soap in the department. While practicing cooperative education as staff of Anatara Riverside Bangkok Resort,  The student was responsible for preparing food for the hotel employees as daily meals, and herbal juice for the employees. Each meal should not have left overs The student saw that prepare left over peelings could be used as a scent for liquid soap. Along with cooking. I have to prepare pork and other meat. Which causes a fish smell to stay on my hand. So, i created pineapple hand washing liquid soap to eliminate the fish smell. The student surveyed the Satisfaction of 30 employees in the kitchen department with the hand soap using an online questionnaire, it was found that the respondents were at the highest level of overall satisfaction with the pineapple liquid hand washing soap the remove fish odors, with an average of 4.35. Considering each aspect, it was found that The most satisfied respondents were: The aspect of eliminating odor and not irritating the skin had an average of 4.50. followed by the aspect of pineapple scent and ease of use with an average of 4.37. As for reducing the cost of purchasing liquid soap, the respondents were satisfied at a high level with an average of 4.00.
