บทคัดย่อ

     โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่องคิวอาร์โค้ดแพลตฟอร์มวีซ่าเชงเก้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์คือ1.เพื่อสร้างแบบบันทึกข้อมูลออนไลน์2.เพื่อลดปัญหาการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบเอกสาร3.เพื่อลดต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายภายในบริษัท วันเวิลด์ ทัวร์ แอนด์ ทราเวล เนื่องจากหลังสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (โควิด-19)ทำให้ในปัจจุบันคนนิยมใช้บริการขนส่งเป็นจำนวนมากอาจจะส่งผลให้สิ่งของตกหล่น หรือสูญหาย ซึ่งเกิดจากความผิดพลาดของพนักงานและการที่มีผู้ใช้บริการเป็นจำนวนมากทำให้การขนส่งมีความล่าช้า คณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้จัดทำคิวอาร์โค้ดแพลตฟอร์มวีซ่าเชงเก้น โดยสร้างขั้นตอนการใส่ข้อมูลผ่าน Google form และส่งมอบให้ทางบริษัทวันเวิลด์ ทัวร์ แอนด์ ทราเวล จำกัดได้ทดสอบระบบคิวอาร์โค้ดให้กับลูกค้าจำนวน 8 คน และพนักงงานลองใช้งาน 9 คน พบว่า  หลังจากที่นำคิวอาร์โค้ดมาใช้งาน พบว่าสามารถลดต้นทุนบริษัทได้โดย สามารถลดค่ากระดาษ ค่าหมึก คิดราคาต่อ 1 แผ่น ตกแผ่นละ 0.29 บาท ซึ่งระยะเวลา 1 เดือน พนักงานต้องปริ้นเอกสารไปประมาณ 10,000แผ่น เสียค่าใช้จ่ายไป 2,900 บาท และค่าแมสเซนเจอร์ คิดเป็นราคากลางบวกลบแล้วไม่เกิน 130-150บาทต่อรอบผลการปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้

Abstract

The QR Code Platform for a Schengen Visa aimed to: 1) Create online records; 2) Reduce file storage issues; 3) Reduce costs within One World Tour & Travel. Due to the spread of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), people nowadays use a lot of transportation services, which may result in items falling or lost due to the error of employees and people. Using the service in large numbers causes the transportation to be delayed. The team created the Schengen Visa QR code platform and the process of inputting information through Google Forms, then delivered it to One World Tour & Travel Co., Ltd. The QR code system was tested with 8 customers and 9 employees. After using the QR code, it was found that the company’s costs can reduce the cost of paper and ink, with a price of 0.29 Thai baht per sheet for one month. The staff must print approximately 10000 documents at a cost of 2900 Thai baht, and the courier fee is the middle price plus or minus, but no more than 130-150 baht per round. The project meets the goals.
