Abstract

The report entitled “Strengthening client service and developing marketing strategies at Prismark an advertising and marcomm agency”. The main objective of writing this report is (1) to apply freshly learned theoretical knowledge. (2) To better understand marketing ways (3) To set guidelines and oversee branding-related tasks. One of my main duties as an intern was to look into efficient ways to communicate with and build relationships with both current and prospective clients in order to enhance the company’s brand and keep clients.

In this study, all of the tasks and obligations given during cooperative education are completely explained. Problems were resolved using recommendations from the company’s team of employees. Additionally, this program of cooperative education with practical practice helped me comprehend the procedures and activities of different functions connected to approaching different peoples and engage with them.
