To result in the hiring of people who want to build a real estate like businessman, company employees, seller or a person ready to build what will be the legacy. Or profits in construction. Investors hope of finding a qualified contractor. Efficient construction to occur. Therefore, the selection of contractors must to see the factors that employers want, If the construction of residential don’t need to a major contractor, But if a condominium construction need to know the history of the contrators thoroughly. And don’t have to the risk of investment. Therefore, the contractor hired trust to invest, should have the ability as follows..
