ระบบจัดการข้อมูลซื้อขายสินค้า ร้านเอ็นพีเพ็ทช็อป

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำปริญญานิพนธ์นี้เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดการข้อมูลและบันทึกการซื้อขายสินค้าร้านเอ็นพีเพ็ทช็อป เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บข้อมูลด้วยกระดาษใบเสร็จ ปัญหาการชำรุดหรือสูญหายของใบเสร็จ และเพิ่มความสะดวกในการทำงานของร้านจำหน่ายอาหารและอุปกรณ์สัตว์เลี้ยง ระบบนี้ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ ส่วนบันทึกรายการซื้อขายและอัปเดตจำนวนสินค้าผ่านเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ และส่วนเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับจัดการข้อมูล ตรวจสอบยอดขาย และเรียกดูข้อมูลย้อนหลัง ระบบพัฒนาโดยใช้ Virtual Studio Code, Figma, PHP, JavaScript, SQL และ MySQL การออกแบบส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้คำนึงถึงหลักการ UX/UI เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าถึงและแก้ไขข้อมูลได้อย่างสะดวก ระบบนี้ช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกและประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการข้อมูลของร้านค้า

Abstract

This thesis project focuses on the development of a data management and sales recording system for NP Pet Shop. The goal of to address the challenges of paper-based record keeping, including data loss and damage, while enhancing operational efficiency. The system comprises of two main components: a web-browser interface for recording sales transactions and updating inventory, and a web application for data management, sales analysis, and historical data retrieval. The system was developed using Virtual Studio Code, Figma, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and MySQL. The user interface was designed with UX/UI principles to ensure ease of access and data modification. The resulting system aims to improve the convenience and efficiency of data management for the pet shop
