Abstract
The objective of this cooperative project is 1) to reduce the time and procedure for branch inspection 2) to make branch inspection quickly and conveniently. There are several checkpoints in which ground floor examination must be conducted. Employees do not know the inspection procedures. Leading to mistakes and time lost. For this reason, the Kaizen Principles were applied using Check List Store and Check list Security Guard. After switching to the Check list Store and Check list Security Guard, the result was that the examination of area became easy and faster.
