บทคัดย่อ
น้ำส้มควันไม้ผสมกากกาแฟเพื่อใช้ในการป้องกันเพลี้ยแป้ง มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) นำน้ำส้มควันไม้ผสมกากกาแฟมาสร้างเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำส้มควันไม้ผสมกากกาแฟเพื่อใช้ในการป้องกันเพลี้ยแป้ง 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการและขั้นตอนการทำน้ำส้มควันไม้ผสมกากกาแฟเพื่อใช้ในการป้องกันเพลี้ยแป้ง และ 3) เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกให้กับผู้ประกอบการโรงแรมในการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำส้มควันไม้ผสมกากกาแฟเพื่อใช้ในการป้องกันเพลี้ยแป้ง โดยหลังจากที่ทดลองทำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่เสร็จสมบูรณ์ ได้ให้พนักงานแผนกแม่บ้านไปใช้ให้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งหมดจำนวน 5 ชุด จากการวิเคราะห์ผลสำรวจความคิดเห็น พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ น้ำส้มควันไม้ผสมกากกาแฟเพื่อใช้ในการป้องกันเพลี้ยแป้ง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.19, S.D. = 0.66) โดยอันดับสูงสุดคือ คุณภาพของน้ำส้มควันไม้ผสมกากกาแฟ รองลงมาคือ การแปรรูปของเหลือใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์

Abstract
The research project titled “Wood Vinegar Mixed with Coffee Grounds for Mealybug Prevention” aimed to; 1) Create a product using wood vinegar mixed with coffee grounds for the prevention of mealybugs; 2) Study the methods and procedure; 3) Offer an alternative solution for hotel operators to use the product of wood vinegar mixed with coffee grounds for mealybug prevention. After completing the trial of the new product, housekeeping staff used it on a sample group and collected data using an online survey consisting of 5 sets. The analysis of the survey results showed that the sample was highly satisfied with the wood vinegar mixed with coffee grounds for mealybug prevention (x̅ = 4.19, S.D. = 0.66). The highest-ranked aspects were the quality of the wood vinegar mixed with coffee grounds, followed by the processing of leftovers to be useful.
