Abstract
The author conducted a cooperative study at Government Saving Bank: Bangkae Branch and was assigned to the department of legal management. From the field experience, I detected a difficulty while collecting debtor documents which are a large number and also have various type of documents from one debtor such as loan document, legal lawsuit document and some of the adjudication document. The documents as mention above are not properly organized and create difficulty to search for the right document moreover, the document are separated in various branches and the storage room for document are not enough to cover all document.
In this case, the author conducted a project to create a system to store all of the above documents of Government Saving Bank: Bangkae Branch. The author sought to collect all document and have a system for them to save time for searching the right document and easier to search for them. By using alphabetically collect and stack up then separated in 11 branches, it is found that creation of order in the document can save up space resulting in a more efficient way to search the document.
