บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท SIAM WORLDWIDE จำกัด ประกอบกิจการให้บริการด้านการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศตามพิธีการศุลกากร   และบริการในรูปแบบของ “ตัวแทนผู้ส่งสินค้า” (Freight Forwarder)    การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการผ่านพิธีการศุลกากรด้านการส่งออก เพื่อการบริการให้ข้อมูลและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการกับทางบริษัท เพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกและลดขั้นตอนของการส่งสินค้าของลูกค้า ทั้งนี้ยังให้บริการจัดเก็บสินค้าเพื่อรอจัดส่งตามกำหนดของลูกค้าที่ต้องการ การให้บริการจะเริ่มตั้งแต่ถามถึงความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อทางบริษัทจะได้จัดหาสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้ มากไปกว่านั้นยังเสนอแนะรายละเอียดข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับกฎและข้อห้ามของการส่งออกในแต่ละประเทศให้กับลูกค้า เพื่อการส่งออกที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด  ซึ่งทั้งหมดจะอยู่ในรูปแบบของบริษัท สยาม เวิลดไวด จำกัด ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ศึกษาในการปฏิบัติงาน

จากการศึกษาเรื่อง “การให้บริการลูกค้าด้านการส่งออก” ทำให้เห็นประโยชน์ต่อการทราบข้อมูลและให้ข้อมูล  ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ลูกค้า เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพต่อการส่งออกมากยิ่งขึ้น   อันจะนำมาซึ่งรายได้ของประเทศต่อไป

Abstract

Siam Worldwide Co.,Ltd. Head Office is located at 120/189 Ratchaprarop road, district Phayathai ,sub district Ratjatevee, Bangkok 10400. Siam Worldwide Co.,Ltd. provides international shipping services according to customs procedures and services as a Freight Forwarder. The author studied the process of services according to customs procedures and assistance services required by the customers to help facilitate and reduce the process of shipping. Moreover, the company also provides storage for all customers belongings for delivery according to the date that they choose. The services begin with asking about what they want and provide the best methods. Furthermore, the company provides information about the rules for international shipping with high quality service. The author gained knowledge of export operations and this study will provide benefit for those interested in this topic.

The study of “High Quality Export Services at Siam Worldwide Co.,Ltd.” highlights useful information and provides suggestions to customers in order to increase the efficiency of exports. This will help sustain income for the company.
