บทคัดย่อ

ในปัจจุบันอาชีพผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างมีอยู่ในประเทศไม่น้อย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้รับเหมาหลัก หรือผู้รับเหมาช่วง และไม่ว่าจะอยู่ในสถานะใดสิ่งที่สำคัญในการเป็นผู้รับเหมา คือ ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการทางานก่อสร้างเป็นอย่างดี จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะ ความรู้ ความสามารถ การวางแผนการจัดการที่ระเอียด รอบคอบ เพื่อส่งผลให้เกิดการจ้างงานของผู้ที่ต้องการสร้างอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เช่น นักธุรกิจ พนักงานบริษัท พ่อค้า,แม่ค้า หรือบุคคลที่มีต้นทุนพร้อมจะสร้างสิ่งที่จะเป็นมรดก หรืออาจหวังผลกาไรในงานก่อสร้าง ผู้ลงทุนจึงหวังอย่างยิ่งในการหาผู้รับเหมาที่มีความชำนาญงาน มีประสิทธิภาพในงานก่อสร้างที่จะเกิดขึ้น ด้วยเหตุนี้การเลือก จาเป็นต้องรู้ประวัติความเป็นมาของผู้รับเหมาอย่างระเอียด และต้องไม่ให้เกิดความเสี่ยงในการลงทุน ดังนั้นผู้รับเหมาที่ผู้ว่าจ้างไว้ใจที่จะกล้าลงทุน ควรมีความสามารถดังนี้

1. มีความซื่อสัตย์กับผู้ว่าจ้างงาน และ มีผลงานที่น่าเชื่อถืออย่างชัดเจน
2. จำเป็นต้องมีบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถในงานก่อสร้าง และ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
3. มีความรับผิดชอบต่องาน และทาผลงานออกมาได้อย่างมีคุณภาพมีคุณภาพออกมาที่ดี

Abstract

Nowadays, there are quite a few contractors in Thailand whether the main contractor or subcontractor. It’s important for a contractor to have precious experience in construction work, to have skill, knowledge, abilities, and careful management plans that result in hiring of people who want to build real estate, such as business people, employees, companies, or merchants who are ready to create something that will be a legacy. They probably profit from construction, therefore, investors are looking forward to find a contractor who has expertise and is effective in the construction. For this reason, in choosing the right contractor they should know the history of them in detail and must not allow investment risks. Therefore, the contractor that the employer trusts to invest should have the following qualifications: 1) The contractor must be honest to the employer and also they must have trustworthy work; 2) The contractor must have the ability to construct and be able to solve immediate problems; 3) The contractor needs to have high responsibility and able to produce the quality work.
