กระถางต้นไม้เปลือกไข่

บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานเรื่อง กระถางต้นไม้เปลือกไข่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างผลิตที่ทำมาจากเปลือกไข่มาใช้ภายในโรงแรม 2) เพื่อช่วยลดขยะของโรงแรมนำของเหลือใช้นั้นมาประยุกต์ให้เกิดประโยชน์อย่างอื่น และ 3) เพื่อเรียนรู้คุณประโยชน์ของเปลือกไข่ เพื่อให้เกิดความรู้และสามารถนำไปต่อยอดได้ โดยจากการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษา ในห้องอาหารแคนทีนพบว่า มีเปลือกไข่เหลือทิ้งจากการทำอาหารเป็นจำนวนมาก ซึ่งผู้จัดทำได้ตระหนักถึงประโยชน์ของเปลือกไข่ในการกำจัดมด และแมลงได้ จึงคิดค้นทำกระถางต้นไม้จากเปลือกไข่เป็นการประยุกต์วัตถุดิบที่เหลือใช้นี้กับส่วนผสมอื่นทำเป็นกระถางต้นไม้เปลือกไข่ และนำเปลือกไข่มาประดับภายนอกให้ดูสวยงาม นำต้นไม้ขนาดเล็กมาใส่ตั้งไว้บนโต๊ะในแผนกครัว
หลังจากการทดลองทำผลิตภัณฑ์กระถางต้นไม้เปลือกไข่ ผู้จัดทำได้สำรวจความพึงพอใจต่อกระถางต้นไม้เปลือกไข่ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พนักงานในโรงแรมเลอ เมอริเดียน กรุงเทพฯ จำนวน 30 คน พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจต่อกระถางต้นไม้เปลือกไข่ โดยรวมในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.77 ประเด็นที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจเป็นอันดับแรกคือ เป็นการนำวัสดุที่สามารถหาได้ง่าย และเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์รีไซเคิล มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน คือ 4.50

Abstract

The project to design Plant Pots has the following objectives: 1) To create products made from eggshells for use within the hotel; 2) To help reduce waste in the hotel by repurposing leftover materials for other benefits; and 3) To learn about the benefits of eggshells in order to gain knowledge that can be further developed. During the cooperative education project in the canteen, it was found that there were a lot of eggshells left over from cooking. The author realized the benefits of eggshells in repelling ants and insects, so they developed the idea of creating plant pots from eggshells. This involved applying the leftover material with other ingredients to make eggshell plant pots, then decorating the outside with eggshells to make them look beautiful. Small plants were placed in the pots and set on tables in the kitchen department.
After experimenting with eggshell plant pots, the student surveyed satisfaction levels of the eggshell plant pots from a sample group of 30 employees at the Le Méridien Hotel Bangkok. It was found that the respondents were generally satisfied with the eggshell plant pots, with an average score of 3.77. The aspect the respondents were most satisfied with was the use of materials that are easily accessible and recycled, which had an equal average score of 4.50.
