Abstract
The purpose of this study is to facilitate the quick search of documents. 2) To reduce the time and procedure of document storage. 3) To keep the documentation in order. Purchasing Department there are many unclassified and stored documents that make it time-consuming to find documents. So the 5S principle. It was found that the documents were organized in a more organized manner, making it easier for the purchasing department to work more efficiently.
