บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของงานทะเบียนราษฎรของเทศบาลตำบลศาลากลาง อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของงานทะเบียนราษฎรของเทศบาลตำบลศาลากลาง และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสิทธิพลเมืองกับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของงานทะเบียนราษฎรของตำบลศาลากลาง งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคำนวนด้วยสูตรของ Yamane เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยการจับสลากจำนวน 400 คน ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่เข้ามาใช้บริการที่งานทะเบียนราษฎรของเทศบาลตำบลศาลากลาง สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ การทดสอบค่าความแปรปรวน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของงานทะเบียนราษฎรของเทศบาลตำบลศาลากลาง อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อาชีพ และรายได้ ที่แตกต่างกัน มีทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของงานทะเบียนราษฎรของเทศบาลตำบลศาลากลาง อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ปัจจัยด้านสิทธิพลเมืองมีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของงานทะเบียนราษฎรของเทศบาลตำบลศาลากลาง อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: 1) to investigate the level of peoples’ attitude towards the civil registration services of Salaklang Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province; 2) to compare the personal factors of peoples’ attitude towards the civil registration services of Salaklang Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Kruai District; and 3) to study the relationship between civil rights and peoples’ attitude towards the civil registration services of Salaklang Subdistrict Municipality, The study was quantitative, using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The samples were 400 people receiving civil registration services of Salaklang Subdistrict Municipality, derived from random sampling. Statistical techniques were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation.

The research found that: 1) The level of peoples’ attitude towards the civil registration services of Salaklang Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province was at the highest level; 2) The differences in individual factors including occupation and income level, affected to the difference in the peoples’ attitude towards the civil registration services of Salaklang Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province at statistical significant level of 0.05; 3) Civil rights factors were related to the peoples’ attitude towards the civil registration services of Salaklang Subdistrict Municipality, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province at statistical significant level of 0.05.
