บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท โกลเด้นครีม จำกัด ดำเนินธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการผลิตและจำหน่ายอาหาร เครื่องดื่มสำเร็จรูป ปัจจุบันมีสาขาอยู่ทั่วประเทศ และมีการขยายสาขาอย่างต่อเนื่อง จากการเข้าปฏิบัติงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษา ณ บริษัท โกลเด้นครีม จากัด ทำให้ทราบถึงความสำคัญของบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ของกิจการ จึงนำมาศึกษาและนำเสนอ ภายใต้ชื่อโครงงานสหกิจศึกษา “ระบบบัญชีเจ้าหนี้” โดยเนื้อหากล่าวถึง ใบเสนอราคาและใบสั่งซื้อสินค้า การจัดเรียงเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ การตรวจสอบเอกสาร INVOICE ตรวจสอบใบเสร็จรับเงิน ตรวจสอบใบกำกับภาษี และคัดแยกเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี จากการปฏิบัติงานดังกล่าว ทำให้ได้รับประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน เพื่อนำไปปรับใช้งานได้ในชีวิตจริง และได้เรียนรู้การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น

Abstract
Golden Cream Co., Ltd. is a business operation related to food production, distribution. and ready-made beverages. Currently. the company has branches located across the country and the
expansion of the business has continued to grow. From working in the cooperative education project at Golden Cream Co., Ltd. it was important to know the Accounts Payable part of the business; therefore. the author was brought to study and report under the name of the cooperative education project “Accounting Payable.” The content discusses quotations and purchase orders. invoice documents arranging and verification. verifying receipt, verifying tax invoice and sorting out tax invoice.
From working as mentioned above. the trainee can get real experiences of working and learned how to work with others.
