บทคัดย่อ

ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด พิชนรีย์ บัญชีและที่ปรึกษา ประกอบกิจการด้านการให้บริการจัดทำบัญชี การตรวจสอบบัญชี วางระบบบัญชีภายในและเป็นที่ปรึกษาทางด้านบัญชีและภาษีให้กับบริษัทต่าง ๆ

ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่ง ผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี โดยงานที่ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายได้แก่ การบันทึกการซื้อสินค้า การบันทึกการขายสินค้า การบันทึกภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย การรับเงินและการจ่ายเงิน จากการปฏิบัติงานดังกล่าวทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้และทราบถึงความสำคัญของงานบัญชี ผู้จัดทำจึงนำมาศึกษาและนำเสนอภายใต้ชื่อโครงงานสหกิจศึกษา “ระบบบัญชีเจ้าหนี้”  โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาดังกล่าวจะอธิบายถึงขั้นตอนต่าง ๆของระบบบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ผ่านระบบโปรแกรมบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส (Express Accounting Software)

ทั้งนี้ผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงการสหกิจศึกษานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ที่จะนำไปศึกษาต่อเพิ่มเติมและนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปปรับใช้ในการทำงานต่อไป

Abstract

Pichnaree Account and Consulting Limited Partnership is in the business of accounting services, auditing, internal accounting systems, and an accounting and tax advisor for various companies.

The organizer was assigned to work as an position accounting Intern. The tasks assigned included: purchase records, sales records, recording input tax – sales tax, receiving and paying. Problems encountered in the operation were related to incomplete documents that the customer brings, such as proof of payment and original receipts. The incompleteness of the document delay work because they must contact the customer to send documents that need to be attached to payment vouchers and recorded in the account.

From the experience the student gained knowledge and learned the importance of accounting work. This cooperative education project explained the different step of the Accounts Payable System through Express Accounting Software.

The student sincerely hopes that this cooperative education project will be useful for those who will study further and to apply the knowledge gained to their work in their future.
