บทคัดย่อ
คณะผู้จัดทำได้เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท คุณปุ๊การบัญชี จำกัด ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกิจให้บริการรับจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท งานจัดทำบัญชีทั้งบัญชีประจำปีและรายเดือนยื่นต่อกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจและกรมสรรพากร การให้คำปรึกษาทางธุรกิจ การตรวจสอบบัญชี ซึ่งบริษัทเน้นการทำบัญชีให้กับกิจการร้านทอง โดยคณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท
กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าเป็นหน่วยงานที่ทำหน้าที่กำกับดูแลการจดทะเบียนบริษัท การจดทะเบียนบริษัทมีความสำคัญสำหรับการทำธุรกิจ เพราะช่วยเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือให้กับกิจการ เพิ่มความมั่นใจให้กับลูกค้า ทำให้ทราบถึงความมีตัวตนของกิจการ การมีที่ตั้งเป็นหลักแหล่ง การจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัทสามารถดำเนินการได้ด้วยตัวเอง หรือว่าจ้างผู้อื่นให้ดำเนินการให้ก็ได้ คณะผู้จัดทำจัดทำโครงงานเรื่อง “การจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำประสบการณ์ที่รับจากการไปปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษามาเผยแพร่ให้แก่ผู้ที่สนใจได้ทราบถึงขั้นตอนการจดทะเบียนและเอกสารประกอบการยื่นจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท

Abstract
This cooperative education program was conducted at Khun Pu Accounting Co. Ltd., which provides accounting, business consulting services, and legal services. The company provides the service mainly with goldsmith shops. The author was assigned to prepare document and data of registration. Registering will increase reliability and faithfulness to our customer’s company.
Registration is under control of the Department of Business Development. The customers can register by themselves via website www.dbd.go.th. This website explains the documents to prepare and procedure. However, many processes and documents might be too complicated and difficult for someone. Therefore, the customers always request of registering service. The purpose of this project was to explain the processes and related documents of the company’s registration. The author expects this project to be useful for interested partied.
