บทคัดย่อ
ในปัจจุบันความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงานเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทุกองค์กรให้ความสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในอุตสาหกรรมที่มีผู้รับเหมาเข้ามาทำงานร่วมกัน การสื่อสารที่ไม่ชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยอาจนำไปสู่อุบัติเหตุและความเสี่ยงในการทำงาน “สื่อวิดีโออบรมเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน” จึงถูกพัฒนาขึ้นในฐานะนวัตกรรมด้านความคิด (Conceptual Innovation) เพื่อนำเทคโนโลยีและดิจิทัลมาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยเสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
สื่อวิดีโออบรมเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานเป็นนวัตกรรมที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการสื่อสารระหว่างพนักงานและผู้รับเหมา ผ่านการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้ด้านความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้ผู้รับเหมาสามารถเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยได้อย่างถูกต้อง ลดความคลาดเคลื่อนที่อาจก่อให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้การบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงานเป็นไปอย่างมีระบบ
ผลการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนสอบและคะแนนหลังสอบแสดงให้เห็นถึงการพัฒนาความรู้ที่มีนัยสำคัญ โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยของผู้เรียนจากแบบทดสอบก่อนอบรมอยู่ที่ 13.354 และเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 14.225 หลังการอบรม ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงการเพิ่มขึ้นโดยเฉลี่ยประมาณ 6.52% ในการประเมินความรู้เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัย นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยหลังการอบรมได้รับคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.94 ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความสำเร็จในการส่งเสริมความเข้าใจและการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงาน

Abstract
Currently, workplace safety is a critical factor that all organizations prioritize, especially in industries where contractors are involved. Unclear communication regarding safety standards can lead to accidents and work-related risks. Therefore, the “Safety, Occupational Health, and Work Environment Training Video Media” was developed as a conceptual innovation to leverage technology and digital tools to effectively enhance a safety culture.
The Safety, Occupational Health, and Work Environment Training Video Media is an innovation designed to address communication issues between employees and contractors. This is achieved through the development of safety learning materials that enable contractors to understand and comply with safety standards correctly, thereby reducing potential errors that could lead to accidents. Furthermore, it helps streamline the management of workplace safety.
The comparison of pre-test and post-test scores demonstrates a statistically significant improvement in knowledge. The average score of learners in the pre-training test was 13.354, which increased to 14.225 after the training. This indicates an average increase of approximately 6.52% in the assessment of safety knowledge.
