บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อจัดทำและปรับปรุงคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานด้านการสำรวจตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ให้มีความทันสมัย 2. เพื่อทบทวนและปรับปรุงกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนด และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นปัจจุบันและสอดคล้องกับการปฏิบัติงาน และเหมาะสมต่อการนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานได้จริงในโครงการก่อสร้างของการรถไฟฟ้าขนส่งมวลชนแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟม.) เนื่องจากคู่มือเดิมมีข้อจำกัดในด้านความครบถ้วนของเนื้อหา และความทันสมัยของข้อมูล
การดำเนินโครงงานประกอบด้วย 1. การศึกษากฎหมายและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทางาน การรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จากคู่มือฉบับเดิม เพื่อนามาพัฒนาและปรับปรุงเนื้อหาให้มีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และสอดคล้อง กับข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานในปัจจุบัน 2. ออกแบบรูปแบบคู่มือใหม่ให้มีความชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย นอกจากนี้ ยังได้จัดทำรูปแบบหนังสือในลักษณะ E-book เพื่อให้สามารถเปิดใช้งานได้ผ่านอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และสะดวกต่อการใช้งาน
ผลการดำเนินโครงงานได้คู่มือการปฏิบัติงานฉบับปรับปรุง ซึ่งมีการทบทวนและปรับปรุงกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นปัจจุบัน พร้อมทั้งพัฒนารูปแบบการนาเสนอให้เหมาะสม ต่อการใช้งานจริง
การดำเนินโครงงานประกอบด้วย 1. การศึกษากฎหมายและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทางาน การรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จากคู่มือฉบับเดิม เพื่อนามาพัฒนาและปรับปรุงเนื้อหาให้มีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และสอดคล้อง กับข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานในปัจจุบัน 2. ออกแบบรูปแบบคู่มือใหม่ให้มีความชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย นอกจากนี้ ยังได้จัดทำรูปแบบหนังสือในลักษณะ E-book เพื่อให้สามารถเปิดใช้งานได้ผ่านอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และสะดวกต่อการใช้งาน

Abstract
This project aims to : 1. To develop and update the work manual on safety, occupational health, and work environment inspection and investigation so that it becomes more up to date and modern. 2. To review and revise the related laws, regulations, and standards so that they are current, consistent with actual working practices, and suitable as practical guidance for construction projects of the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA), since the previous manual has limitations in terms of content completeness and up to date information.
The project was carried out as follows : 1. Studying the relevant laws and standards regarding safety, occupational health, and work environment; collecting and analyzing data from the existing manual; and using this information to develop and update the content so that it becomes accurate, comprehensive, and consistent with current regulations and standards. 2. Designing a new manual format that is clear and easy to understand, using colors and symbols to convey meaning instead of extensive text. In addition, the manual was prepared in an e book format so that it can be accessed and used conveniently on electronic devices.
The project outcome is the revised work manual, in which the related laws and regulations have been reviewed and updated to be current, and in which the content and presentation format have been developed to suit practical use in actual operations.
