การพัฒนาเครือข่ายเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ในการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์สำหรับประชาชน จังหวัดนครนายก

บทคัดย่อ

    ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีฐานข้อมูลที่แท้จริงของสถานการณ์การกระจายของกัญชาในพื้นที่และการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายกัญชาและการนำกัญชามาใช้ประโยชน์ทางการแพทย์ของกลุ่มประชาชนและผู้ป่วยยังมีความคลาดเคลื่อน การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้สุขภาพเรื่องการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ของประชาชนจังหวัดนครนายก พัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ต่อการใช้กัญชาอย่างถูกต้อง และศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ต่อการใช้กัญชาอย่างถูกต้อง การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง ออกแบบการวิจัยแบบมีกลุ่มควบคุมทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลอง สถานที่ศึกษาประกอบไปด้วย สถานีอนามัยเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ สาริกา และโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านหนองหัวลิงใน จังหวัดนครนายก ระยะเวลาศึกษาระหว่างเดือน ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2565 – กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2566 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงผ่านเกณฑ์คัดเลือก จำนวน 120 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างในเรื่องความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านกัญชาของกลุ่มทดลองกับกลุ่มควบคุมด้วยสถิติ t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านกัญชามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Abstract

     Currently, there is no actual database of the situation of cannabis distribution in the area, and the perception of cannabis laws and the use of medical cannabis among the public and patients is still inaccurate. This research aimed to study the level of health literacy regarding the use of medical cannabis among the people of Nakhon Nayok Province. Develop a program to promote health literacy of medical cannabis. Furthermore, study the effectiveness of the programto promote knowledge on the correct use ofmedical cannabis. This research was a quasi-experimental study—research design with a pre-test–post-test control group. The study setting consists of Chaloem Phrakiat health station, the 60th Anniversary of Nawaminthrachini Sarika, and the subdistrict health-promoting hospital Ban Nong Hua Ling Nai, Nakhon Nayok. The study was conducted between December 2022 –July 2023. The sample group comprised 120 people from purposive random sampling using the selection criteria. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and comparisons of differences in cannabis health literacy between the experimental and control groups were used using t-tests. The study found that the mean values of cannabis health literacy scores were significantly different.
