Abstract
The objectives of this study is 1) to reduce document verification time, 2) to reduce error in cheque payment, 3) to improve document searching efficiency, 4) to decrease monthly invoicing process time. The problem is that the working in the Accounting Department contains great number of invoices, thus it takes a long time of to keep those document in place. The ECRS principle is applied through simplification and use Microsoft Excel to design an invoice detail form sort by date. This allows simpler payment by cheque and creates efficient documentation management system.
