บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาครั้งนี้ 1) เพื่อประหยัดทรัพยากรบุคคลในการอบรม 2)เพื่อช่วยให้ไม่เสียเวลาในการทำงานของผู้ฝึกอบรม 3) เพื่อให้การจัดอบรมมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นโดยปัญหาเกิดจากในการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานเข้าใหม่แต่ละครั้งนั้นจะต้องใช้เจ้าหน้าที่ทั้งหมดจำนวน 5 คนมาบรรยายให้ความรู้ในแต่ละเรื่องและใช้ระยะเวลาในการปฐมนิเทศนาน 3-4 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งส่งผลให้เจ้าหน้าที่แต่ละคนต้องสูญเสียเวลาในการทำงานของตนไป ผู้จัดทำจึงได้มีการนำโปรแกรม Power Point พร้อมบันทึกเสียงบรรยาย เข้ามาช่วยในการนำเสนอแทนเจ้าหน้าที่ หลังจากการใช้สื่อพบว่า พนักงานที่ต้องใช้ในการฝึกอบรมเพียง 1 คน ทำหน้าที่ชี้แจงและเปิดสไลด์ให้ผู้มาปฐมนิเทศส่งผลให้การปฐมนิเทศมีประสิทธิภาพขึ้นและพนักงานมีเวลาในการทำงานของตนมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract
The Objectives of this study focused on: 1) The conservation of human resources in training, 2) The reduction of loss of staff’s working time and 3) improvement of efficiency of training. This study is a response to the excessive amount of personnel (5 staff members) used in new employee orientation. In addition, an orientation normally takes 3-4 hours, and the staff member’s working time is considerably affected. Thus, the researcher proposed a PowerPoint-based instruction with recorded narration to replace the actual staff in the orientation. It was found that after using this method, only 1 staff member was required for orientation, thus improving its efficiency and freeing up the staff to do their own work.
