บทคัดย่อ
ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ภูนาราการบัญชี 2448 เป็นสำนักงานบัญชีและกฎหมาย ที่รับให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการด้านการทำบัญชี การวางแผนบัญชี การตรวจสอบบัญชีและวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน ตลอดจนการจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลต่าง ๆ
ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงานสหกิจศึกษาที่ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ภูนาราการบัญชี 2448 ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานทางด้านการจัดเก็บเอกสารและการจัดทำภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม เช่น การคัดแยกเอกสารต่าง ๆ การบันทึกบัญชีภาษีซื้อและภาษีขายโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชี Express และการจัดทำแบบต่างเพื่อยื่นในระบบออนไลน์
จากการปฏิบัติงานดังกล่าวข้างต้น ผู้จัดทำได้รับประโยชน์ ได้รับความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดเก็บเอกสารให้เป็นระเบียบ และเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ขั้นตอนในบันทึกบัญชีภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย ซึ่งโปรแกรมหลักที่องค์กรใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานในการบันทึกบัญชีต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การเก็บข้อมูลมีประสิทธิภาพ คือ โปรแกรม Express Accounting โดยผู้จัดทำได้มองเห็นถึงความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของโปรแกรมนี้จึงได้จัดทำการจัดเก็บเอกสารและการบันทึกบัญชีโดยใช้โปรแกรม Express Accounting โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบันทึกบัญชีต่างๆและเพื่อให้เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการทำงานการจัดหมวดหมู่เอกสาร การแยกประเภทเอกสารต่างๆจนถึงการนำเอกสารมาบันทึกบัญชีในโปรแกรม ทำให้มีทักษะในการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น

Abstract
Phunara Accounting 1905 is an accounting and law office that provides Advice on accounting services, account planning, auditing, and analyzing financial statements as well as the registration of various juristic persons. Working under the cooperative education project at Phunara Accounting Limited Partnership, the author was assigned to work on document storage and VAT preparation. The accounting for input tax and sales tax used the accounting software Express and created different forms for filing in the online system with the software.
The students gained knowledge and understanding about keeping documents organized, and an understanding about VAT procedures for recording purchase-sales tax accounting. The students used the Express Accounting program with the objective to study various accounting records and to understand the workflow of categorizing documents into a classification of various types of documents until the document is recorded in the program.
