Abstract

The aim of this report is based on a 16-week internship program that I am now completing at Unifour Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. as financial consultant as part of my BBA degree in the Department of Finance and Banking, starting from February 1, 2022. This was an entirely new experience, as well as an attempt to understand how the theories may be used in a real-world context. Everything I’ve learned so far is beneficial to my career. This report is organized into four chapters, each of which includes general company information and an overview of the internship experience. My line of work required that I participate in the preparation of financial reports, trial balances, and journal entries. The major goal for the company was to understand the client as they provide them service. My main responsibility was to enter accounting data into the software. Through the subject I learnt about how big companies keep track of their data and fill tax forms for the payment by handling sensitive and confidential information with honesty and integrity. I have chosen this company for my internship because I want to continue learning accounting, which would be productive and help me build skills for my future career. Before forming any conclusions from this report, it should be emphasized that the study was written without exposing information of the client due to privacy concerns.
