บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้คือการศึกษาประเด็นสำคัญในการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างอาคารเขียว วิธีการวิจัยคือการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับวิศวกรโยธาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างอาคารเขียวจำนวน 10 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประเด็นสำคัญที่เกี่ยวกับการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างที่ทำให้มีผลกระทบต่อการควบคุมการก่อสร้างในเรื่องการเพิ่มกระบวนการทำงานรวมถึง เวลา ต้นทุนและคุณภาพงาน ได้แก่การจัดหาวัสดุที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การศึกษาข้อมูลของวัสดุ การติดตั้งวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และผลจากงานเพิ่มลดตามลำดับ หากองค์กรผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างหรือที่บริษัทปรึกษาต้องการรับงานโครงการอาคารเขียวจึงควรว่าจ้างที่ปรึกษาด้านอาคารเขียวเข้ามาทำงานในโครงการจะมีโอกาสทำให้ปัญหาในการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างจากการที่เป็นอาคารเขียวลดลงได้

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study key issues in green building construction project management. The research method involved in-depth interviews with ten civil engineers experienced in managing green building construction. The study founded that the key issues related to green building construction management in term of process, time, cost and quality included sourcing materials that meet green building criteria, studying material information, equipment installation, and impact from job change orders. For construction contractors or consultants who wished to undertake green building projects, they should hire experienced green building consultant and should plan timeframes for the material approval and installation process more carefully. That leads to better green building project management.
