บทคัดย่อ
นักศึกษาปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาได้มาปฏิบัติงานที่ โรงพยาบาลสัตว์เล็กคณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้เล็งถึงปัญหา คือ นักศึกษาสัตวแพทย์ และสัตวแพทย์จบใหม่ยังมีความรู้ด้านการใช้งานระบบ Hospital Information System (HIS) ไม่เพียงพอ จึงต้องมีการอบรมวิธีใช้งานระบบกับผู้ดูแลระบบ HIS เพื่อให้นักศึกษาสัตวแพทย์ และสัตวแพทย์ใช้งานระบบ HIS แบบมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น นักศึกษาปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาจึงทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลการใช้งานระบบ HIS และทำการพัฒนาคู่มือแนะนำการใช้งานระบบ ออกมาในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ ด้วยโปรแกรม WordPress เพื่อเป็นคู่มือแนะนำให้นักศึกษาสัตวแพทย์ และสัตวแพทย์ ใช้ศึกษาก่อนทำการเข้าอบรมกับผู้ดูแลระบบ HIS หรือใช้ควบคู่กับการทำงานในโรงพยาบาล โดยภายในเว็บไซต์จะประกอบไปด้วย คู่มือการใช้งานระบบ HIS ในหมวดหมู่ต่างๆ ให้สามารถเข้ามาเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง

Abstract
The co-operative student worked at a small animal teaching hospital in Chulalongkorn University foresaw that most new graduate veterinary students knowledge about using Hospital Information System (HIS) was not enough. They need to have more training about the methods of the HIS system with the admin of system to be used more efficiently. The way to resolve that problem, co-operative student started with collection of HIS system usage information, prepared a user manual for the system on the website with WordPress for veterinary students and veterinarians, which was used to learn and familiarize with HIS more before using this system in the hospital or before training with the admin. The website consisted of HIS program’s user manual for self learning.
