บทคัดย่อ

ตามที่ผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่บริษัท แพลนนิ่ง พลัส บัญชีและกฎหมาย จำกัด ซึ่งให้บริการด้านบัญชีและภาษีอากรครบวงจร  และให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย  ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้นำส่งงบการเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (DBD e-filing) สำหรับปีบัญชี 2559  จากการปฏิบัติงานพบว่า การนำส่งงบการเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นงานที่บริษัทแพลนนิ่ง พลัส ให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าทั่วไปและมีเป็นจำนวนมาก สำหรับบุคลากรใหม่ใช้เวลาค่อนข้างมาก

ผู้จัดทำจัดทำโครงงาน “ การนำส่งงบการเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ” เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการนำส่งงบการเงินทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยศึกษาขั้นตอนการนำส่งงบการเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์      การเตรียมงบการเงินในรูปแบบ DBD XBRL.xls   จากการศึกษานี้  ผู้จัดทำมีความรู้  ความเข้าใจและสามารถยื่นงบการเงินได้อย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้อง ลดเวลาที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน  สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้  และคาดว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจและนักศึกษาสหกิจได้ศึกษาก่อนออกปฏิบัติงาน

Abstract

This cooperative education program was conducted at Planning Plus Planning Accounting and Law Co. Ltd., which provides comprehensive accounting and tax services and legal advice. I was assigned to submit DBD e-filing for the fiscal year 2016. I found that submitting DBD  e-filing was the service which Planet Plus offers to general customers, and there are many.  For new personal, it takes a lot of time.

This project was increasing the efficiency of submitting DBD e-filing and was designed to increase the efficiency of submitting DBD e-filing. I studied the process of submitting DBD    e-filing and preparation of financial statements in DBD XBRL.xls.  The result was that I had knowledge understanding and can submit DBD e-filing quickly and accurately,  reduce the time in the operation, able to solve immediate problems and expected that this project will be useful to interested parties and students in the cooperative study before to work effectively.
