บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานเรื่องการผลิตสื่ออินโฟกราฟิกเพื่อใช้ประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมภายในโรงแรม อลอฟท์ กรุงเทพ สุขุมวิท มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาการนำเสนอข้อมูลข่าวสารต่าง ๆ ให้แก่พนักงานของโรงแรมรับทราบในรูปแบบอินโฟกราฟิกซึ่งจะทำให้ข้อมูลที่เผยแพร่ไปมีความน่าสนใจยิ่งขึ้น  ซึ่งในปัจจุบันการนำเสนอข้อมูลโดยใช้สื่ออินโฟกราฟิกมีความทันสมัย และเป็นที่นิยมอย่างแพร่หลาย  ผู้จัดทำได้ใช้โปรแกรม Canva ในการผลิตสื่ออินโฟกราฟิกในงานต่างๆ ของแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล เช่น ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่แผนกทรัพยากรบุคคลต้องการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้พนักงานรับทราบการ์ดอวยพรพนักงานให้หายป่วย  และการ์ดต้อนรับพนักงานใหม่ เป็นต้น

ผู้จัดทำได้นำเสนอผู้จัดการเพื่อพิจารณาซึ่งได้รับคำชมและคำแนะนำเพื่อพัฒนาชิ้นงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น และจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและพนักงานส่วนหนึ่ง พบว่า ทุกคนมีความพึงพอใจในชิ้นงาน และเมื่อพิจารณาจากเฟซบุ๊คของแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล จะเห็นได้ว่ามีพนักงานเข้าเยี่ยมชมเฟซบุ๊คมากขึ้น

Abstract

The cooperative project on producing infographic media for public relations activities in the Aloft Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel aimed to develop the presentation of various information to hotel staff in the form of infographics. Presently, the presentation of information using infographic media is modern and is widely popular. The author used Canva to produce infographics for various events of the Human Resources Department, such as information that the Human Resources Department wants to publicize to employees to acknowledge the employee’s well-being and greeting cards for new employees. When finished, the student presented the project to interviews with some executives and employees, it was found that everyone was satisfied with the work and when looking at the HR department’s Facebook page, it can be seen that more employees visit Facebook.
