บทคัดย่อ
โครงการนี้เป็นการนำเสนอการลดขั้นตอนในการซ่อมบำรุงรถยนต์ วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อลดขั้นตอนการเปลี่ยนมอเตอร์พัดลม TOYOTA ลดขั้นตอนการเปลี่ยนกระบอกเบรกหลังรถยนต์ TOYOTA ทุกรุ่น และลดจำนวนคนในการเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเบรกและน้ำมันคลัตช์รถยนต์ TOYOTA ทุกรุ่น ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการเปลี่ยนมอเตอร์พัดลม TOYOTA สามารถลดเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานลงได้ 1ชั่วโมง 55 นาที การเปลี่ยนกระบอกเบรกหลังรถยนต์ TOYOTA ทุกรุ่น สามารถลดเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานลงได้ 52 นาที และการเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเบรกและน้ำมันคลัตช์รถยนต์ TOYOTA ทุกรุ่น สามารถลดผู้ปฏิบัติงานลงได้ 1คน

Abstract
This study described car maintenance process with the intention to shorten the processes of operations, and reduce the number of operators and the cost of vehicle maintenance. The authors aimed to find a reduction in the procedure for replacing the fan motor of TOYOTA ALTIS 2012-2018, a reduction in the procedure for replacing the rear brake cylinder of all TOYOTA cars, and a reduction in the number of people to change the brake fluid and clutch fluid.
The study found that it can reduce the time to replace the fan motor of the TOYOTA ALTIS 2012-2018 by 2 hours, reduce the time to replace the brake cylinder behind all TOYOTA cars by 1 hour 20 minutes, and reduce the number of people to change the brake fluid and clutch oil of all TOYOTA cars to be able to work independently.
