บทคัดย่อ

     ในปัจจุบันภาคการท่องเที่ยวสร้างรายได้ให้กับประเทศในแต่ละปีเป็นจำนวนมากโดยธุรกิจโรงแรม เป็นธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่องกับภาคการท่องเที่ยว ผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมในประเทศหมวดที่พักแรมและบริการด้านอาหาร ปี 2562 มีมูลค่า 1.03 ล้านล้านบาท คิดเป็นสัดส่วน 6.1% ของ GDP ทั้งประเทศ คณะผู้จัดทำโครงการได้เล็งเห็นช่องทางในการสร้างรายได้จากการจองห้องพักโรงแรมจึงได้พัฒนาและออกแบบระบบการจองห้องพักโรงแรมให้เป็นระบบออนไลน์ โดยใช้โปรแกรม Visual Studio Code 2019 ด้วยภาษา PHP 8.0 และทำการเชื่อมต่อกับฐานข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม PHP My Admin 5.2.0 โดยระบบการจองห้องพักโรงแรม แบ่งการทำงานเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก ๆ คือ ส่วนของเจ้าของโรงแรมสามารถจัดการข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ของโรงแรมและห้องพัก สามารถเรียกดูรายงานต่าง ๆ ได้ ส่วนของลูกค้าสามารถค้นหาโรงแรม จองห้องพักโรงแรม รีวิวหรือร้องเรียนเว็บไซต์และโรงแรมได้ และสามารถชำระเงินได้ ส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการข้อมูลต่างๆภายในเว็บไซต์ เรียกดูรายงานต่าง ๆ และสามารถเรียกดูคำร้องเรียนของผู้ใช้งานได้

Abstract

     At present, the tourism sector generates a large amount of revenue for the country each year by the hotel business. It is a business related to the tourism sector. Gross domestic product in the category of accommodation and food services in 2019 was worth 1.03 trillion baht, accounting for 6.1% of the country’s GDP. Researchers had developed and designed a hotel reservation system to be an online system by using the program Visual Studio Code 2019 with PHP 8.0 language and connecting to the database with the PHP My Admin 5.2.0 program by the hotel reservation system. The project is divided into 3 main parts: the hotel owner, the customer and the website administrator. By using this program: the hotel owner can manage day-to-day operations of the hotel, rent rooms, make customer reservations and view various reports; the customer can search for available hotels and rooms, read reviews about the hotels and check room rates; and the administrator can manage information within the website, view user complaints and facilitate and improve system operations.
