บทคัดย่อ

สมาคมไทยบริการท่องเที่ยว เป็นตัวแทนของสมาชิกในการติดต่อ เจรจา ต่อรอง แสดงความคิดเห็นกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ แต่ในช่วงปลายปี พ.ศ. 2562 มีการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ทำให้การท่องเที่ยวต่างประเทศถูกระงับ มีการท่องเที่ยวภายในประเทศลดลง ทางสมาคมจึงได้เข้ามามีบทบาทในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวภายในประเทศและให้ความสำคัญของการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน

ผู้จัดทำจึงได้ทำโครงงาน “โปรแกรมท่องเที่ยวสู่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคใต้ตอนล่างของสมาคมไทยบริการท่องเที่ยว” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวชุมชนภาคใต้ตอนล่าง 4 จังหวัด ได้แก่ สงขลา ตรัง พัทลุง ปัตตานี  มีการวัดผลโดยการเก็บข้อมูลจำนวน 80 ชุด ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพชุมชนพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความปลอดภัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.93 ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.60  ด้านการเข้าถึงแหล่งท่องเที่ยว มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.68 ด้านความพร้อมของชุมชนที่มีต่อการท่องเที่ยว มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.57 ด้านคุณค่าของการเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยว มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.74 ด้านขีดความสามารถในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยว มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.27 ปัจจัยในการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างชุมชนองค์กรณ์ท้องถิ่นทัศนคติต่อการท่องเที่ยว  มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.69 การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านการท่องเที่ยว มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.58 และการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชน มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.85 จากโครงงานนี้ สมาคมไทยบริการท่องเที่ยวและบริษัทนำเที่ยวสามารถนำเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวไปปรับใช้เพื่อเปิดเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวชุมชนเพิ่มเติมและกระจายรายได้สู่ชุมชนต่อไป

Abstract

Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) is the representative of members for contacting, negotiating, proposing, and exchanging opinions with various agencies, both domestic and international. At the end 2019, there was Covid-19, which caused foreign tourism to be suspended and a decrease in domestic tourism. The association had a role in promoting domestic tourism and giving importance to community tourism.

The project, “Organizing Tourism Program to the Southern Economic Corridor for TTAA”,  had the objective to open tourism routes for communities in the lower southern region of 4 provinces, namely Songkhla, Trang, Phatthalung, and Pattani, and data was collected from 80 samples. The results found that  factors of safety had a total average of 4.93, factors of facilities had a total average of 4.60, factors of accessibility to tourist attractions had a total average 4.68, factors of readiness of the community towards tourism  had a total average of 4.57, factor of the value of being a tourist attraction had a total average 4.74, factors of the capacity to accommodate tourists had a total average 4.27,  factors in participation between local communities and organizations attitude towards tourism had a total 4.69,  factors in receiving tourism information had a total average 4.58, and the support from the public and private sectors had a total averaged 4.85. From this project, Thai Travel Agents Association and tour companies can use the tourism route to open more community tourism routes and further distribute income to the community.
