บทคัดย่อ
โรงแรมอนันตราริเวอร์ไซด์ กรุงเทพฯ รีสอร์ท นอกจากจะให้บริการทางด้านที่พักเป็นเลิศ ทางโรงแรมยังมีการให้บริการในส่วนของอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และรวมถึงแผนกเบเกอรี่ที่มีชื่อเสียงในด้านความสดใหม่ และผลิตจัดส่งให้กับภายใต้แบรนด์ชั้นนาต่างๆ เช่น สตาร์บัคส์ ทั้งนี้ทางแผนกเบเกอรี่จะมีปริมาณขยะเหลือทิ้งเป็นจานวนมากในแต่ละวัน เช่นถาดไข่ที่เป็นวัตถุดิบหลักในการทาเบเกอรี่ทุกชนิด ผู้จัดทาจึงได้ทาการศึกษาการนาถาดไข่มารีไซเคิลให้เกิดประโยชน์ โดยจัดทาเป็นฐานรองเทียนเปเปอร์มาเช่จากถาดไข่ เพื่อลดปริมาณขยะ และยังส่งผลดีกับสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงแรม โดยมีการสอบถามความพึงพอใจกับทางพนักงานภายในโรงแรมเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยการแจกแบบสอบถามจานวน 30 ชุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่าพนักงานในโรงแรมมีความพึงพอใจในความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ความสวยงาม ทนทาน สามารถนาไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง และยังเป็นโครงการช่วยส่งเสริมนโยบายโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมอีกด้วย

Abstract
Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort does not only serve excellent accommodation services but also foods and beverages. The resort also has a bakery department that is well-known for its fresh products and distribution to leading brands such as Starbucks. The bakery department normally has a large amount of waste each day, for example, egg trays egg are the main ingredient to make all kinds of bakery. The author thus studied ways to recycle the egg trays for higher benefits by making candle bases from paper mache made from the egg cartons in order to reduce waste and improve the internal environment. The satisfaction survey was conducted by distributing 30 copies of questionnaires to company officers. The results showed that the respondents were satisfied with the work as it was verycreative, beautiful, durable, and had practical usage used. This was also a project supporting the Green Hotel Policy as well.
