บทคัดย่อ

บริษัทแบนโด แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง ( ประเทศไทย ) จำกัด เป็นผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายสายพานและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง  นโยบายคุณภาพของบริษัท คือ  ส่งเสริมการผลิตและการขายสินค้าเพื่อเป็นที่ยอมรับในด้านคุณภาพ อันประกอบด้วยความคุ้มค่า ความเชื่อมั่นและความพึงพอใจ  และมุ่งสู่ขบวนการผลิตที่มีของเสียเป็นศูนย์  สินค้าของบริษัทประกอบด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์ยานยนต์ ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม และผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตร  ขณะที่ผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกบัญชีและการเงิน  ได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำใบภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย  รายงานวัตถุดิบ(ยางธรรมชาติ)คงเหลือประจำวัน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง  และทำการแยกใบกำกับสินค้าและใบส่งมอบชิ้นส่วน

โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาความความรู้  ความเข้าใจและทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน     โดยทำการศึกษาวิธีลักษณะการจัดเก็บสินค้าคงคลัง   วิธีการจัดทำวัตถุดิบคงเหลือ (ยางธรรมชาติ) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง    ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ คือ  ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้และทักษะการทำงานที่จะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต  และหวังว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Abstract

Bando Manufacturing  (Thailand) Co. Ltd., is a manufacturer and a distributor of belts and belt-related products, for both domestic and international markets. The Bando Thai’s quality policy is to promote manufacturing and sales activities by customer acceptance of quality that consists of being useful, reliable and delightful; and to make an effort to reach zero defect process. The products consists of automotive products, industrial products, and agricultural products. While attending the internship under the cooperative education program at the accounting and finance department, the author was assigned to prepare the withholding tax certificate, the daily raw materials (natural rubber) balance report and related documents, and separate invoices and parts delivery sheets.

This project was designed to improve knowledge, understanding, and the skills of performance, through studying the principles of inventory storage, the procedure of preparation of the daily raw materials (natural rubber) balance report.  The result was that the author had gained knowledge and performance skills in order to apply them to future careers  and hope that this project will be useful to interested parties.
