Abstract
This Cooperative report entitled “Record-keeping and Customer Relationship Management at Cos Trading Company Pvt. Ltd.” has the goal to know the importance of having a proper and accurate placement of the data (record- keeping) along with the importance of Customer Relationship Management. Objectives of the study include: to know the importance of the placement of right figures/data, to maintain proper relationship with the customers and proper implementation of theoretical knowledge. The name of the company where I did my internship is Cos Trading Company Pvt. Ltd. It is the authorized reseller of Hewlett Packard company and CANON premium partner along with a standard internationally acceptable consulting and maintenance services.
The work assigned was as a record- keeper with the responsibility of record- keeping of the purchase and sales account in the Record- keeping book/ register along with helping the Maintenance and Customer Relationship Management officer. The results found the importance of maintaining a proper customer relationship for the success of a firm along with the efficiency in the record-keeping. The study suggests that maintaining the proper personal relationship with the customers and looking after their satisfaction leads the firm towards the success. And a proper record-keeping is the key for any organization.
