บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เอสซีการบัญชี เป็นบริษัทให้บริการด้านบัญชีและภาษีอากร ให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้าและจัดทำเอกสารบัญชีและแบบภาษีพร้อมยื่นต่อกรมสรรพากรและสำนักงานประกันสังคม อย่างครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า และเป็นบริษัทที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
จากการฝึกประสบการณ์ข้าพเจ้าได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชีซึ่งมีนางสาวปรียานุช โพธิ เป็นผู้มอบหมายงานโดยงานที่ข้าพเจ้าได้รับมอบหมายเกี่ยวข้องกับการบันทึกบัญชีซื้อ-ขายสินค้า ที่มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ ตรวจสอบและเตรียมเอกสารที่ใช้ในการบันทึก จัดทำรายการซื้อ-รายการขาย โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Prosoft WinSpeed เนื่องจากบริษัทของลูกค้ามีเอกสารทางบัญชีจำนวนมากส่งผลให้เจอปัญหาหลายๆด้านทั้งข้อมูลของเอกสารที่ไม่ถูกต้องครบถ้วนมีข้อผิดพลาดขณะบันทึกข้อมูล การขายสินค้าไม่ชัดเจน ทำให้มีการบันทึกที่ผิดพลาด ผู้จัดทำได้เห็นถึงความสำคัญในการบันทึกข้อมูลการขาย โครงงานนี้ผู้จัดทำจึงนำความรู้และประสบการณ์จากการปฏิบัติงานมาจัดเรียงและสรุปขั้นตอนให้เกิดความเข้าใจ จึงหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะสามารถเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract
SC Accounting Company is a company that provides accounting and tax services, consulting customers, and preparing accounting documents and tax forms for submission to the revenue department and social security office. The student, was assigned to work in the position of assistant accounting clerk, with Ms. Preyanuch Pho as the assignee, the work was related to accounting for purchase-sale of goods, with the following steps to examine and prepare the documents used in the recording. Purchase-sale lists were made with the Prosoft WinSpeed software because the customer’s company has a lot of accounting documents, resulting in many problems, including information of the document being not completely correct and gives an error while saving the data. The sale of the product is unclear, causing erroneous recording and the organizers have seen the importance of recording sales data. This project, brought the knowledge and experience from the operation to arrange and summarize the steps for understanding, and sincerely hopes that this project will be able to benefit the interested parties.
