บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท วีทีซี แมคคานิค ซิสเต็มส์ จำกัด เป็นบริษัทผู้ผลิต นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายนวัตกรรมเครื่องจักรที่ทันสมัยสำหรับทดแทนแรงงานคนในภาคอุตสาหกรรมและเพื่อลดต้นทุนในการผลิตในภาคอุตสาหกรรม รวมทั้งมีบริการออกแบบ ผลิต ซ่อมแซม และติดตั้งเครื่องจักรอย่างครบวงจร โดยลักษณะของระบบบัญชีที่ทางบริษัทใช้ในการดำเนินกิจการ มีทั้งในส่วนของการขายเชื่อ ขายสด ซื้อเชื่อ และซื้อสด โดยบริษัทได้ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรสในการดำเนินงานในแผนกบัญชี

จากการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ณ บริษัท วีทีซี แมคคานิค ซิสเต็มส์ จำกัด ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายในตำแหน่งงานผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี โดยให้ปฏิบัติงานในด้านการบันทึกรายการขายเชื่อ ขายสด ซื้อเชื่อ ซื้อสด และรายการโอนเงินระหว่างบัญชีธนาคารลงในโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรส การตรวจสอบยอดรายการภาษีเพื่อทำการกระทบยอด เป็นต้น ซึ่งจากการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจรวมถึงตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของความถูกต้องและทันสมัยของระบบบัญชีในการดำเนินกิจการ และผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่ารายงานฉบับนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อนักศึกษาสหกิจรุ่นต่อไปตลอดจนบุคคลที่มีความสนใจในขั้นตอนการบันทึกรายการบัญชีลงในโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปเอ็กซ์เพรส

Abstract

VTC Mechanic System Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer, importer, and distributor of innovative machinery to replace human workers to reduce costs of production in the industrial sector, including the provision of services on design, manufacturing, repair, and installation of machinery in an integrated manner. The accounting system for the operations of the company consists of credit sales, cash sales, credit purchase, and cash purchase. Express accounting software is used for the operations of the company accounting department.

During the co-operative education training at VTC Mechanic System Co., Ltd., the author was assigned to be an Assistant Accounting Manager, responsible for recording credit sales, cash sales, credit purchase, cash purchase, and funds transfer between banks using Express accounting software, and tax audit for account reconciliation. The work enabled the author to have knowledge, understanding, and awareness of the importance of accurate and modern accounting systems. The author extremely hopes that this report will be useful of for students in the co-operative education program and other people who are interested in the procedures for recording accounting entry using Express accounting software.
