บทคัดย่อ

ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษา ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีโอกาสเรียนรู้และได้เพิ่มทักษะสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เตรียมความพร้อมก่อนที่จะจบออกไปทำงาน และเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้รู้จักการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยสถานที่ในการฝึกงานได้แก่ บริษัท เซนเตอร์ ออดิท จำกัด เป็นบริษัทรับตรวจสอบบัญชีและรับทำบัญชี ให้คำแนะนำและเป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านบัญชีและภาษีอากร จัดทำบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป จัดทำเอกสารบัญชีและแบบภาษี พร้อมยื่นกรมสรรพากร และสำนักงานประกันสังคม จัดทำงบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและประจำปี ออกงบการเงินให้กับลูกค้าเพื่อที่จะนำงบการเงินยื่นต่อหน่วยงานราชการ กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้ากระทรวงพาณิชย์ กรมสรรพากรกระทรวงการคลัง

ในส่วนของข้าพเจ้าได้ฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี ซึ่งมีคุณกนกฉัฐ  โพธิ์ขีด เป็นผู้มอบหมายงานโดยงานที่ข้าพเจ้าได้รับมอบหมายเกี่ยวข้องกับการบันทึกบัญชีขายสินค้า เนื่องจากบริษัทของลูกค้ามีเอกสารจำนวนมากทำให้เกิดปัญหาในการจัดเรียงเอกสาร เอกสารบางส่วนมีข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วนทำให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาดในการบันทึกข้อมูล ส่งผลไปถึงภาษีซื้อและภาษีขายไม่ตรงกับแบบแสดงรายการภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มตามประมวลรัษฎากร จึงมีการแนะนำการจัดระบบบัญชีในด้านเอกสาร เรียบเรียงเอกสารให้ครบถ้วนในแต่ละเดือนก่อนที่จะมีการบันทึกข้อมูลให้ง่ายต่อการตรวจสอบและมีรายละเอียดให้ครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐานบัญชีและกรมสรรพากร

Abstract

For this internship, part of the co-operative education program, had the following objectives: 1) to provide students with the opportunity to learn skills; 2) to gain experience and to prepare themselves before going to work in the future and in order for students to know how to adapt to the environment outside the university.  The company, “Center Audit Company Limited,” an auditing and accounting firm, Provides advice and a consultant in accounting and taxation. Moreover, they provide bookkeeping with ready-made accounting software, prepare accounting documents and tax forms, which are submitted to the Revenue Department and Social Security Office. In addition, they provide closing consolidated accounts and preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, closing monthly and annual accounts, and issues financial statements to customers in order to submit financial statements to government agencies, Such as the Department of Business Development and the Ministry of Finance.

The internship position was an Assistant Accounting Officer, which had Mr. Kanokchat Phokhet as the advisor. The work assigned was to record sales of goods because the customer’s company has many documents, caused problems in arranging documents. Some documents had incomplete information, causing errors in recording data, resulting in input tax and sales tax that do not match the VAT return according to the Revenue Code. It was recommended to organize the accounting system in the form of documents to complete each month before. The data recorded would be easy inspection and complete details in accordance with accounting standards and the Revenue Department.
