บทคัดย่อ
ร้านเครื่องประดับสมานชุดไทย ได้ดำเนินการให้บริการซื้อขาย และผลิตเครื่องประดับชุดไทย ทั้งขายปลีกและขายส่ง มีการออกแบบเครื่องประดับชุดไทยจากช่างผู้ชำนาญมาเป็นระยะเวลาหลายสิบปี ได้รับความนิยมและเชื่อถือในกลุ่มของผู้ที่ต้องการ และผู้สนใจเป็นอย่างมากแต่ยังพบปัญหาในการดำเนินงาน การออกแบบที่ยังไม่ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ลูกค้าต้องเสียเวลาในการเดินทางมาที่ร้านเพื่อดูแบบตัวอย่างของสินค้าก่อนผลิตจริง จากปัญหาดังกล่าวได้ มีการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบให้อยู่ในรูปแบบของพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีการซื้อขายเครื่องประดับออนไลน์ผ่านทางอินเตอร์เน็ต เพื่อช่วยในการอำนวยความสะดวกในเลือกซื้อสินค้า มีระบบในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล จัดการสินค้า แสดงรายละเอียดสินค้า สามารถสั่งซื้อสินค้าและชำระเงินออนไลน์ได้ โดยมีจุดเด่นที่ให้ลูกค้าสามารถออกแบบสินค้าเครื่องประดับตามความต้องการของลูกค้าได้เองผ่านทางระบบ ในการพัฒนานี้ใช้ภาษาพีเอชพีและจาวาสคริปต์ในการพัฒนาภาษาโปรแกรม ใช้พีเอสพีมายแอดมินบริหารการจัดการระบบฐานข้อมูล ทำให้ระบบสามารถเข้าถึงลูกค้าได้เพิ่มมากขึ้น ลูกค้าสามารถออกแบบตามความต้องการ มีความสะดวก ลดขั้นตอนต่างๆ เพื่อให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และถือได้ว่าเป็นการเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาดให้กับธุรกิจอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย

Abstract
Samarn Thai Jewelry Store produces Thai jewelry and accessories worn with Thai traditional dress and sells both retail and wholesale products. This store produces quality jewelry and accessories designed by skilled technicians, were very popular and trusted in the group of people who want. However, we found design problems that the product does not satisfy customers’ requirements or expectations. So, customers have to go the store to check samples of products before actual production. For these reasons, we had adopted technologies to develop business systems in the form of electronic commerce. We created a website which can buy jewelry and accessories online to help facilitate buying for customers. In the website, there is a system to store information, phpMyAdmin products, display product details, in addition to ordering and paying for the goods online. This website has the advantage that customers can design jewelry products according to their own needs through the system. We used PHP and JavaScript to develop programming language and use PhpMyAdmin to manage the database. Owing to this reason, it can reach more customers. Customer can be able to design their working style by making it convenient and uncomplicated in their own way. In order to work efficiently and increasing the marketing channels.
