บทคัดย่อ
บริษัทยูแอนด์ไอทัวร์ แอนด์ทราเวล จำกัด เป็นบริษัททัวร์บริการด้านการท่องเที่ยว โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเป็นศูนย์รวมการท่องเที่ยวให้ครอบคลุมไปทั่วโลกด้วยแนวคิดของบริษัทนำเที่ยวเป็นสื่อกลางสำคัญสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายให้กับบริษัทผู้นำเที่ยวที่เชี่ยวชาญในการท่องเที่ยวประเทศเกาหลีและประเทศญี่ปุ่น และอื่นๆ การดำเนินงานภายในบริษัทมีการติดต่อสื่อสารและการสนทนากับลูกค้าผ่านทางสื่อสังคมออนไลน์แอพพลิเคชั่น เช่น เฟสบุ๊ค (Facebook) , ไลน์ ( Line) เป็นส่วนใหญ่ ผู้จัดทำมองเห็นแนวทางในการออกแบบจัดทำสติ๊กเกอร์ไลน์ให้กับบริษัทยูแอนด์ไอทัวร์ แอนด์ทราเวล จำกัด เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ให้แก่บริษัทในการนำไปใช้ในการทำงานของพนักงาน โดยการนำสติ๊กเกอร์ไลน์บริษัทยูแอนด์ไอทัวร์ แอนด์ทราเวล จำกัด มาใช้ติดต่อสื่อสาร สนทนาตอบลูกค้า ทั้งนี้ผู้จัดทำมีการสอบถามความพึงพอใจกับทางพนักงานในบริษัทเกี่ยวกับสติ๊กเกอร์ไลน์บริษัทยูแอนด์ไอทัวร์ แอนด์ทราเวล จำกัด โดยการแจกแบบสอบถาม จากผลสำรวจพบว่าพนักงานในบริษัทมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลางโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 3.7 คะแนนและสามารถนำมาใช้ในการทำงานได้จริง

Abstract
You and I tours and Travel Co., Ltd. Provides travel services with the objective to be a tourism center program to cover the world with the idea that the company brings tourism as an important medium for those who want to travel as a distributor for tour operators that specialize in tours Korea and Japan and others. Internal operations include communication and conversations with customers via social media, applications such as Facebook and Line is mostly used. Producers saw value to design stickers for You and I tours and Travel Co., Ltd. for the benefit of the company in by bringing Line Stickers of You and I tours and Travel Co., Ltd. that are used to communicate chat with customers. However, the organizer has asked about the satisfaction with the internal office of the company by distributing a questionnaire. From the survey results, it was found that employees in the company were satisfied at a moderate level with an average total of 3.7 points and Line Stickers can be used to compliment work.
