บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ซาราฟเอ็นเนอร์ยี่ จำกัด มีวิสัยทัศน์ของการเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่งในภาคพลังงานสีเขียวที่ชัดเจน การมีส่วนร่วมในภาคพลังงานที่กำลังเติบโตและรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีอยู่เดิม ปรัชญาของบริษัท คือ การใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรสิ่งแวดล้อมในปัจจุบันเพื่อให้พลังงานสะอาด การจากการที่ผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกบัญชี และได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำเช็ค กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชี Tally ในช่วงแรกของการปฏิบัติงานใช้เวลามากเนื่องจากคู่มือการใช้งานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
ดังนั้น ผู้จัดทำได้ทำโครงงาน “ คู่มือการใช้โปรแกรม Tally ” เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากรใหม่ ผู้จัดทำได้ศึกษาการจัดทำงบกระทบยอดเงินฝาก การพิมพ์เช็ค และการกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารด้วยโปรแกรมTally จากการศึกษาทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีคู่มือการพิมพ์เช็คและการกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารภาษาไทย สามารถทำงานได้มีประสิทธิมากขึ้น และคาดว่าโครงงานจะมีประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Abstract
Saraff Energies Limited has been incorporated with the vision of being a formidable player in the clear, green energy sector, to contribute in the growing energy sector and keeping a healthy respect for the prevailing environment. SELs philosophy is to leverage the current environment resources to provide clean energy. This cooperative education program was conducted in the accounting department and was assigned to prepare checks and bank reconciliation statements with Tally accounting software. At the beginning of the operation, it took a lot of time because the manual is in English.
Therefore, I designed this project to enhance the performance of new personnel through studying preparation of checks and statement of reconciliation with the Tally accounting software. The results; I has a Thai-manual for preparing checks and statement of reconciliation with the Tally accounting software. I can work more efficiently and this project is expected to be useful to the concerned person.
