บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ไทยพาฝัน จำกัด เป็นบริษัทที่ผลิตเครื่องแต่งกายหลายประเภทเพื่อทำการส่งออกทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศทั่วโลก โดยมีบริษัทแม่ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งการขนส่งในแต่ละครั้ง เราต้องเตรียมเอกสารในการขนส่งต่างๆให้พร้อมและคีย์ข้อมูลถูกต้องตามสินค้าที่จะส่ง เพราะหากข้อมูลในเอกสารไม่ตรงกับสินค้าที่จะส่งนั้น จะส่งผลให้เกิดความผิดพลาดในการขนส่งสินค้าได้ ทำให้ทางบริษัทต้องเสียผลประโยชน์ต่างๆ ทั้งในเรื่องของเวลาและเงินค่าขนส่งใหม่ อาจทำให้บริษัทเกิดการขาดทุนได้
ดังนั้นในการทำเอกสารขนส่งทางอากาศ จำเป็นต้องมีคนตรวจข้อมูลในเอกสารทุกอย่างให้เสมอ เพื่อเป็นการเช็คความถูกต้องของข้อมูลก่อนส่งแนบเอกสารออกไปพร้อมกับสินค้าให้กับตัวแทนขนส่งสินค้า นอกจากนี้เรายังสามารถนำความรู้และความเข้าในเรื่องการทำเอกสารส่งออกสินค้าไปยังต่างประเทศที่ได้จากการฝึกงาน มาใช้ในการทำงานจริงได้อีกด้วย

Abstract
Thai Parfun Co., Ltd. is a company manufactures many kind of costume to export both domestically and internationally. The company head quarter is located in Japan that we have to prepare all the document for each transportation and have to key in the data correctly as the distributed product. It the data is not correct as the distributed product, it will be caused of the mistake of the product transportation which make the company to lose benefit of time and delivery cost, finally, may caused the company at loss.
So airfreight documentation has to have the person who examines data in document correctly to ensure that all data is correct before deliver out along with the product to forwarder. In addition, we can use knowledge and understanding during the training about export documentation to other countries to apply in real work.
