บทคัดย่อ

     โครงงานสหกิจเรื่อง โปรแกรมทัวร์เมืองมรดกโลกอันล้ำค่ากลุ่มประเทศบอลติก เอสโตเนีย ลัตเวีย ลิทัวเนีย : เมืองทาลลินน์ เมืองริกา เมืองวิลนีอุส 7 วัน 4 คืน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อจัดทำโปรแกรมทัวร์เมืองมรดกโลกอันล้ำค่ากลุ่มประเทศบอลติก เอสโตเนีย ลัตเวีย ลิทัวเนีย : เมืองทาลลินน์ เมืองริกา เมืองวิลนีอุส 7 วัน 4 คืน 2) เพื่อเสนอโปรแกรมนำเที่ยวใหม่ ให้กับบริษัท ซีโก้ ทราเวล จำกัด โดยจากการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษา ในตำแหน่ง พนักงานขาย จัดการท่องเที่ยว และวีซ่า  ณ บริษัท ซีโก้ ทราเวล จำกัด ทั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดทำต้องการเสนอโปรแกรมให้กับทางบริษัทเพื่อเป็นการจัดทำโปรแกรมในอนาคต

คณะผู้จัดทำได้เรียบเรียงโปรแกรมทัวร์เมืองมรดกโลกอันล้ำค่ากลุ่มประเทศบอลติก เอสโตเนีย ลัตเวีย ลิทัวเนีย : เมืองทาลลินน์ เมืองริกา เมืองวิลนีอุส 7 วัน 4 คืน สายการบินเตอร์กิชแอร์ไลน์ อย่างละเอียดไว้ในโครงงานเล่มนี้ทั้งการวางแผนเส้นทางและรูปแบบโปรแกรมนำเที่ยว วิธีการคิดราคาขาย สายการบิน การนำเสนอขาย เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจจะศึกษาเส้นทางกลุ่มประเทศบอลติกในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวและเป็นรายการนำเที่ยวที่จะสร้างรายได้ให้กับทางบริษัทเพิ่มมากขึ้นในอนาคต

Abstract

     This cooperative project focuses on developing a tour program encompassing the precious world heritage cities in the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia, and  Lithuania, specifically in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius The proposed itinerary spans 7 days and 4 nights. The primary objectives of these initiatives are: 1) To formulate a comprehensive tour program highlighting the rich heritage of the Baltic countries, emphasizing the cultural significance of Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius; 2) To present a tour program to Zego Travel Company Ltd., from practical experience gained during a cooperative education as a salesperson involved in travel and visa management

The authors meticulously crafted a tour program in collaboration with Turkish Airlines,detailing the itinerary and tour program formats. This project delves into the intricacies of routeplanning and outlines methods for calculating airline sales prices. Additionally,  it incorporates sales presentations tailored to provide valuable insights for those insights for those interested in exploring the Baltic countries for travel. The proposed tour program aims to enhance the travel experience and serve as a revenue-generation asset for company in the future.
