บทคัดย่อ
คณะผู้วิจัยพัฒนาระบบบันทึกข้อมูลยานพาหนะกระจายสินค้าด้วยรหัสคิวอาร์ (QR Code) เพื่อลดการใช้กระดาษ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลการออกปฏิบัติงาน ช่วยลดขั้นตอนในการบันทึกข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงาน เกิดความสะดวกในการเพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไข และบันทึกข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงาน และช่วยลดต้นทุนกระดาษและแฟ้มในการบันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงาน
การพัฒนารระบบแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนแรก คือส่วนที่ใช้ติดต่อกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มีซอฟต์แวร์ Microsoft Windows 10 Microsoft Office Visio 2010 SQL Server 2014 Visual Studio 2017 และ Android Studio 3.1 และส่วนที่สอง คือส่วนที่ใช้ติดต่อกับแท็ปแบล็ต คือ Android 5.1
ผลการวิจัยคือ ระบบระบบบันทึกข้อมูลยานพาหนะกระจายสินค้าด้วย QR Code เพื่อลดการใช้กระดาษ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนแรกติดต่อกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์มีหน้าจอทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 16 ฟอร์ม และส่วนที่ 2 คือส่วนที่ติดต่อกับแท็ปแบล็ตมีจำนวน 1 ฟอร์ม ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากระบบนี้ คือ หัวหน้างานสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลพนักงานที่ออกปฏิบัติงาน สารสนเทศที่ได้จากการจัดเก็บข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานนำไปต่อยอดเพื่อคำนวณค่าตอบแทนพนักงานและแนวโน้มการใช้น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงได้ ปริมาณการใช้กระดาษลดลงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ลดขั้นตอนในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ช่วยอนุรักษ์พลังงานและเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม และพนักงานมีจิตสำนึกที่ดี ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในการลดการใช้กระดาษเพื่ออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมของโลกในปัจจุบันและอนาคต

ABSTRACT
The researcher developed a Vehicle Data Recording System Distributed with QR Code to Reduce Paper Usage. The objective is record the operation information, reduce the process of recording operation data, the convenience of adding, deleting, editing, and recording operation data and reduce paper and file costs in recording and storing operational data.
The development of the system is divided into 2 parts: the first part is the computer interface: the Microsoft Windows 10 software, Microsoft Office Visio 2010 SQL Server 2014 Visual Studio 2017 and Android Studio 3.1 and the second is the part that is used to connect to the tablet of Android 5.1.
The research results are a Vehicle data Recording System with QR Code to Reduce Paper Usage which consists of 2 parts: the first part corresponds to the computer, there are 16 forms. Part 2 contacts with the Tablet, there is 1 form. The supervisor can be check the employee information that is issued to work. Information obtained from the collection of operational data to be further used to calculate employee compensation and fuel consumption trends. The amount of paper used decreases significantly. Reduce the process of data storage, conserve energy and be environmentally friendly, employees have a good conscience recognizing the importance of reducing paper use to conserve the environment of the present and future.
