บทคัดย่อ
เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันบริษัท เจ.เอส.สตีลโปรดักส์ จำกัด ยังไม่มีระบบความปลอดภัยที่ดีในการทำงานให้กับพนักงานและระบบการจัดคลังสินค้า(น๊อต)ที่ไม่มีสิทธิภาพดังนั้นการทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมย่อมเกิดอุบัติเหตุบ่อยครั้งแต่เราสามารถป้องกันได้ โดยกลุ่มข้าพเจ้าจึงจัดทำโครงการความปลอดภัยในโรงงานและการจัดคลังสินค้า(น็อต) ขึ้นมาโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ช่วยลดอุบัติเหตุที่จะเกิดจากการปฏิบัติงาน 2) ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยจากการปฏิบัติงาน 3)เพื่อให้เกิดความสะดวกในการตรวจนับสินค้าภายในคลัง โดยมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานดังนี้ 1.ขั้นตอนการติดตั้งถังดับเพลิง 2.ขั้นตอนการนับคลังสินค้า(น็อต) ซึ่งขั้นตอน
ดังกล่าวสามารถทำให้ลดอุบัติเหตุได้จริงยังทำให้มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่ถูกต้องและทำให้การตรวจนับสินค้าง่ายขึ้นและมีความรวดเร็วในการทำงาน ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีการจัดอบรมให้แก่พนักงานเกี่ยวกับเรื่องความปลอดภัย

Abstract
In the current state, J.S. steel products Co.,Ltd. still lacks a good workplace safety plan for employees and inefficient inventory management for screw products resulting in many risky incidents. Those incidents would be prevented with ease if the company had workplace safely plan and inventory management that their employees can implement. This was the starting point for the project to develop workplace a safely plan and inventory management for the company.
This project aimed to: 1. Decrease those workplace accidents and risky incidents; 2. Inform the employees on how to decrease those workplace accidents and equip them with a proper workplace safety plan; 3. To facilitate inventory management. The process consists in 2 parts, which are: 1. Develop a installation plan for fire extinguishers; and 2. Inventory check procedures for screw products. The implementation proved to decrease workplace accidents the employees were well informed on workplace safety, and the inventory management decreased time used to process inventory check.
