บทคัดย่อ

โรงแรม พาร์ควิลเลจ  พระราม 2 (Park Village Rama II) ตั้งอยู่บนถนนพระรามสอง มีการเดินทางสะดวกโดยมีรถประจำทางผ่านหลายสาย ภายในโรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำ และมีบริษัท O2 Fitness รวมอยู่ด้วย ที่ตั้งโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับโรงพยาบาลนครธน และห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัลพระรามสอง นอกจากนี้ทางโรงแรมมีการจัดห้องประชุมสัมมนา และการจัดเลี้ยงงานต่างๆ มีแผนกที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินงานของทางบริษัทคือฝ่ายบัญชีและการจัดซื้อ ซึ่งมีหน้าที่ให้ข้อมูลในการจัดเตรียมงบประมาณ ตรวจสอบการอนุมัติงบประมาณ บริหารงบประมาณ การควบคุมการใช้จ่ายเงินงบประมาณให้เป็นไปตามรายการและแผนงานหรืองานที่ได้รับอนุมัติงบประมาณมาใช้จ่าย ฝ่ายบัญชีและการจัดซื้อมีวัสดุที่มีความจำเป็นต้องใช้มากที่สุดคือกระดาษ ซึ่งในการทำเอกสาร หลายครั้งเกิดข้อผิดพลาดทำให้เกิดกระดาษเสียและถูกกำจัดโดยนำไปทิ้งจำนวนมาก

ทางผู้จัดทำได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของกระดาษเหลือใช้จึงนำมาจัดทำเป็นโครงงาน “กระดาษสร้างสรรค์” (Creative paper) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำกระดาษที่เหลือใช้มาทำเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ เป็นกรอบรูป เพื่อให้โรงแรมสามารถนำผลิตภัณฑ์จากกระดาษไปประยุกต์ใช้ภายในโรงแรมได้ ทั้งนี้ผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่ทำจากกระดาษแสดงให้เห็นถึงการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม

Abstract

Park Village Rama II has a bus service going to Rama 2 Road, and they offer a swimming pool and O2 Fitness. The hotel location is close to Nakornthon Hospital and Central Rama II department store. In addition, the hotel has rooms for meetings, conferences, banquets and events. There are departments that are essential to the company’s operations, namely accounting and purchasing. Both are responsible for providing information on budget preparation, check budget approvals and budget management, including control of budget expenditures in accordance with the list and plans or work that has been approved for budget expenditures. The most needed materials, namely paper, inevitably causes error and there is a waste paper most of the paper was being discarded.

The researcher had realized the importance of paper and therefore created “Creative paper” project with the objective to use the paper to make products, such as picture frames, so that the hotel could apply the products from paper within the hotel, creating interest and attracting both Thai and foreign visitors. Ultimately, various products made from paper shows interest in the conservation of nature and the environment.
