บทคัดย่อ

     โครงการนี้เป็นการนำเสนอการตรวจสอบหาท่อประปาที่มีการรั่วไหลของน้ำ กรณีศึกษาบริเวณพื้นที่ซอยไทรม้า เพื่อศึกษาขั้นตอนและวิธีการตรวจสอบหาท่อประปาที่มีการรั่วไหล โดยใช้เครื่องมือการฟัง Water Leakage Detector และ Acousic Rod เพื่อกำหนดตำแหน่งและบริเวณพื้นที่แตกรั่ว

     ผลการตรวจสอบพบว่าพื้นที่ที่มีน้ำสูญเสียก่อนข้างสูงในบริเวณพื้นที่ซอยไทรม้า ซึ่งกรอบคลุมถนนรัตนาธิเบสร์ตั้งแต่ซอยไทรน้ำเหนือถึงสี่แยกไทรม้-ท่าอิฐ และบริเวณในซอยไทรม้าทั้งหมด พื้นที่ดังกล่าวนี้มีปริมาณน้ำสูญเสียสูงถึง 233 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมง เนื่องจากพื้นที่ดังกล่าวมีหมู่บ้านจัดสรรค่อนข้างมาก อายุท่อประปาเฉลี่ย    1 5-20 ปี มีผลให้ท่อประปาเสื่อมสภาพลง จึงทำกิจกรรม Step Test และการตรวจสถบหาท่อประปารั่วตามขั้นตอน

ผลปรากฎว่าพบจุครั่ว1 ตำแหน่ง ที่หมู่บ้านเพอร์เฟดเพลส หลังจากการซ่อมบำรุงท่อประปาที่มีการรั่วไหลทำให้ปริมาณน้ำสูญเสียเหลือ 209 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมง ซึ่งสรุปได้ว่าปริมาณน้ำสูญเสียจากตำแหน่งที่แตกรั่วมีจำนวน 44 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมง คิดเป็น 17.39 %

Abstract

This project aimed to present an inspection for leaking water supply pipes; A case study ofSoi Sai Ma, to study the procedures and methods for detecting leaking plumbing pipes by using the Water Leakage Detector and Acoustic Rod to determine the location and area of the leak.

The results of the investigation revealed that the area with relatively high water loss was found in only one location, in the area of Soi Sai Ma, covering Rattanathibet Road from Soi Sai Ma Nuea to Sai Ma-Tha-it intersection and all areas in Soi Sai Ma. This area had a high water loss of 253 cubic meters per hour because the area had many housing estates. The average life of the water pipes was 15-20 years, causing the pipes to deteriorate. After checking for leaking water pipes according to the procedures, it appeared that one leak point was found at Perfect Place Village. After repairing the leaking water pipes, the amount of wasted water was only 209 cubic meters per hour. Therefore, it was concluded that the amount of water loss from the leak site amounted to 44 cubic meters per hour, or 17.39%.
