บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เอคเซ็ลเล็นท์ แอนด์ คอนซัลทิง เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด เป็นบริษัท ด้านการก่อสร้างที่ได้รับความไว้วางใจจากทางบริษัท ผู้รับเหมาต่างๆ ให้ทำการออกแบบ Formwork เพื่อสร้างโรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์และงานก่อสร้างถนนทางเชื่อมยกระดับพระราม9 (การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย) ซึ่งโครงการก่อสร้างโรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์และงานก่อสร้างถนนทางเชื่อมยกระดับพระราม9 (การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย) นั้นเป็นอีกหนึ่งโปรเจคใหญ่ สำหรับการงานก่อสร้าง จึงจำเป็นต้องมีการออกแบบวางแผนที่ดีและกำลังคนที่เพียงพอ จึงจะทำงานแล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลา ทางผู้จัดทำจึงจะทำการศึกษาการออกแบบการวาง Planของการทำ Formworkนี้ ตำแหน่งงานที่ทำเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบและควบคุมงาน ให้การทำงานได้เป็นไปตามแผนงานตามแต่ละสัปดาห์

Abstract
This research aimed to study construction problems arising from the use of formwork. The case study was a hospital and a highway junction project. Data were collected between June 1, 2021 to September 3, 2021, and the researchers found that problems lied in this cooperative education practice. We found that the actual work changes in the form of the employer all the time, causing damage to the contractor, wasted time waiting for a solution, losing both product andlabor cost in the case of having to dismantle the completed items from the old style, which affected the delivery time of the work. Engineers and consultants were encouraged to meet and revolve clear guidelines to reduce the impact of the work.
