บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท มนตรีสอบบัญชีและกฎหมาย จำกัด ให้บริการด้านการตรวจสอบบริษัทจำกัด ห้างหุ้นส่วน สหกรณ์และอื่นๆ ให้บริการทางบัญชี บริการทางภาษีอากร บริการจดทะเบียนธุรกิจ และบริการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่บริษัท มนตรีสอบบัญชีและกฎหมาย จำกัด คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบเอกสารสัญญาเงินกู้สามัญและสวัสดิการรักษาพยาบาล และรับรองความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ ก่อนหน้านี้ไม่มีคู่มือการตรวจสอบสำหรับนักศึกษาสหกิจ ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงทำให้งานล่าช้าและใช้เวลามาก
โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะการตรวจสอบสัญญาเงินกู้สามัญ ค่ารักษาพยาบาล และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง คณะผู้จัดทำได้ศึกษา 1) กฎและระเบียบของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ และ 2) เทคนิคการตรวจสอบสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ ผลลัพธ์จากการศึกษา 1) ได้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบเงินกู้สามัญของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ ค่ารักษาพยาบาลและการตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) มีทักษะการตรวจสอบที่จะนำไปประยุกต์ในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต

Abstract
The Montree Audit and Law Co. Ltd.’s business lines are auditing for companies, partnerships, cooperatives, etc., accounting services, tax services, business registration services and other related services. While attending the internship under cooperative program at the Montree Audit and Law Co. Ltd., the team was assigned to audit the loan agreements of savings cooperatives, the medical bills and verify the related documents. Previously, it did not have a manual of auditing for the internship under cooperative program, this caused delays and was time consuming.
This project was designed to increase the skills of the auditing loan agreements, medical bills, and related documents. The team studied: 1) Rules and regulations of the savings cooperatives and 2) Techniques of auditing for the savings cooperatives. The results were: 1) Knowing the procedures of auditing for the loan agreements of savings cooperatives, the medical bills and verifying the related documents and 2) Gaining skills of auditing in order to apply in the future career.
