การศึกษา : โครงการการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างอาคาร อบต.ท่าข้าม

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมงานและการก่อสร้างทั้งงานโครงสร้าง และงานสถาปัตยกรรมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการบริหารงานการก่อสร้าง ต้องใช้ประสบการณ์และหลักวิชาการเข้ามาผสมผสานกันเพื่อให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายของผู้ว่าจ้างงาน เหตุผลที่เลือกงานพื้นโพสเทนชั่นเป็นเพราะว่าทางผู้ศึกษาเองยังไม่ได้มีโอกาสได้ทำงานในเรื่องของพื้นโพสเทนชั่น จึงเป็นที่น่าสนใจสำหรับผู้ฝึกงานที่สนใจและอยากจะศึกษาต่อเพื่อให้มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับพื้น Post tension มากยิ่งขึ้น และทางด้านของผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเรื่องพื้น Post tension และงานโครงสร้างเสาคอนกรีต และงานสถาปัตยกรรมการก่อการฉาบและงานตกแต่งบางส่วน ซึ่งทำให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้รับผลลัพธ์คือได้รู้รายละเอียดในการทำงานจริงในหน้างานจริงมากยิ่งขึ้น และไม่อิงวิชาการจนเกินไป ทำให้ได้เรียนรู้ว่าในการทำงานจริงๆแล้วบางปัญหามันต้องแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่หน้างาน เพราะบางปัญหาเราไม่สามารถมองภาพออกได้จึงต้องอาศัยการทำงานจริงและทักษะในด้านช่างเพิ่มมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งผู้จัดทำได้มีข้อสรุปของการทำงานในครั้งนี้คือในความเป็นจริงแล้วในการทำงานเราไม่สามารถตั้งหลักวิชาการได้ตลอดเวลา ซึ่งบางอย่างมันต้องใช้ประสบการณ์และเวลาในการทำงานจะช่วยทำให้ประสบการณ์เรามากยิ่งขึ้น และเป็นผลดีในการทำงานในอนาคต

Abstract

This was a study on the control of construction, and structural, and architecture work as part of construction management. It requires experience and academic principles to be combined in order to achievethe employer’s goals. The reason for choosing a posting job is because the students has not had the opportunity to work on the posting ground. It is very interesting and will help to further their education in order to gain more knowledge of Post tension. The interns studied the post tension floor, the concrete columnstructure, and some architectural, plastering, and finishing. This created results, which is understanding of the details of the actual work on the real job site. Since this was not in a classroom, it helped me learn actual work and how some problems need to be solved on-site. Some of these problems we unable to be visualized, so it required more work and mechanic skills. The students found in the work that we can not establish a foothold all the time, some of which takes experience and time to help increase experience.
