บทคัดย่อ

     บริษัท เอสเอซี เมเนจเมนท์ จำกัด บริษัทเป็นธุรกิจประเภทให้บริการด้านการจัดทำบัญชี  คำปรึกษาด้านบัญชีและภาษี  บริการตรวจสอบบัญชี   ตามที่คณะผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษา ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี ได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบเอกสารและบันทึกบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส  จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ขาย  จัดเก็บเอกสารประกอบการบันทึกบัญชี  ช่วงแรกของการปฏิบัติงานใช้เวลาค่อนข้างมาก เนื่องจากไม่มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางบัญชี และการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชีเอ็กเพรส

     คณะผู้จัดทำจึงศึกษาและจัดทำรายงานเรื่อง “การตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชีและการบันทึกบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมเอ็กซ์เพรส”  โดยศึกษาลักษณะของเอกสารและการตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชี  การบันทึกบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชี  การจัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย  และขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชี   ซึ่งทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำมีความรู้ความเข้าใจขั้นตอนต่างๆ ในการปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชี  นำความรู้ที่ได้ไปทำงานในอนาคต และคาดว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

SAC Management Company Limited is a business  providing accounting services, accounting and tax consulting, and auditing service. The cooperative education team was assigned to check accounting documents and record accounts with Express Accounting Software, prepare the output tax reports, input tax reports and classify accounting documents. The first phase of the operation took a lot of time because there was no understanding of accounting documents and the use of pre-programmed accounting via Express.

Therefore the team studied the type of accounting documents and checking of accounting documents, the procedure of recording with accounting software and preparation of the input and out tax reports. The result; the team gained knowledge and understanding of various steps in accounting operations and bring the knowledge to work in the future.  Finally,  the team expected to be useful for interested parties.
